Hey guys,
So I'm actually struggling this week to do the level one I'll be working on it more this week. I can now control the character but I had to start on scratch as my laptop crash as I told you in the last blog.
At the moment I behind but I'm confident that I can catch up with the work. I have now made the character just an elf since I struggled with making a cross between human and elf.
That's all I have to say for now.

Olo Leah, sad to hear that your laptop crashed, but that's unity for ya. It happened to me many times but somehow I pulled through. You could try and include a few screenshots of what you have at least. It crashed on me as well at first but my laptop began to co-operate with me so that's great, but I had to restart everything and I got really stressed out and I got back on track. I'm sure you'll do the same and don't worry it'll work out in the end. Anyway's good luck and remember to capture all your progress even though it doesn't work.

ReplyDeleteShame your laptop keeps crashing, I had issue this week as I was trying to work in unity but my laptop had automatic update which went on for about two hours. Good that you can control your character so that's one thing out of the way. I'm behind as well but I'm sure we'll both get our games done in the end. Good luck with the rest of you game!

ReplyDeleteSad to hear that your laptop keeps crashing. It happened alot for me aswell but i saved all my work every second as i go along. You should try that too! Very good work that you can control you character, only if you could include screenshot of it, i really want to see it :) I think you made the right choice to just make elf haha half human half elf sounds very hard to create. Also when using unity does your laptop lag same as mine too? It always baking... Anyway Good Luck with your progress. Can't wait to see how you will pull it through! Don't give up!
